Unopened products

If an unopened product is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it once it is back with us. Return shipping is on you unless the mistake was ours.

Opened products

For safety reasons we cannot resell an opened skincare product, so opened jars are not returnable. That said, we would rather hear from you than have you stuck with something you cannot use. Email us and we will work it out.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond use, or is simply the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. No return shipping required.

Reactions

Tallow is a simple ingredient, but every person's skin is different. If you react to a product, stop using it and let us know.
