Shipping

When your order ships

Every jar is made, poured, and labeled by hand, so orders are packed in the order they arrive. We aim to ship within 2 to 3 business days. If something is taking longer than that, we will email you rather than leave you wondering.

How it ships

Orders ship from Cody, Wyoming via USPS. You will choose your shipping method at checkout, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as the label is scanned.

Warm weather

Tallow is a natural fat. In summer heat it can soften in transit and firm back up once it settles. That is normal and does not affect the balm. If it arrives melted, contact us and we will make it right.

Local pickup

If you are near Cody and pickup is offered at checkout, choose it and we will email you a time and place.
